Axis Incorporações also manages properties belonging to affiliated companies and strategic business partners, with a defined scope and clear responsibilities for each relationship.
Managing an asset starts with understanding its condition. Documentation, maintenance needs, recurring costs and possible uses provide the basis for decisions.
Ongoing oversight considers upkeep, contractual relationships and options for use. Decisions need to suit the property and the responsibilities attached to it.
Real Estate Market Relationships
In connection with its projects and asset management activities, Axis Incorporações maintains relationships with strategic partners and selected providers in the real estate market. When a purchase, sale or lease requires brokerage, it refers the enquiry to real estate brokers or firms holding a current registration with the relevant CRECI council.
Interested parties engage the responsible broker or real estate firm directly. That provider conducts the brokerage and assumes the professional obligations associated with the service. Axis Incorporações does not provide real estate brokerage services.
How We Work
Before proceeding, we define what needs to be assessed and who is responsible for each area. Transaction structure, planning and the appointment of service providers follow that assessment.
Tracking timelines, costs and deliverables helps identify deviations and revisit decisions when needed. Technical and legal matters are addressed by the responsible professionals within their respective roles.
